Wondering if anyone save all bills in NS, I guess it might slow down the system to some degree?

I guess my question is, how would you pay all of your bills if you did not save them in the system? We currently have over 50,000 bills in the system and have never run into issues from the volume.

Also how can you have accurate financial information if you are not entering all of your bills? If you dealt with all of that externally from the system and just posted journal entries to the GL, you wouldn't really have a very good clean way to track or report on individual bills and whatnot without creating a whole bunch extra work for yourself.

I mean the copy of the bills, currently we save it in box, of course we entered all of these bills in NetSuite, just wondering if we should save the copies of bills in NS too, should we worry about storage issue?

I believe NetSuite comes with 10GB storage, and you can purchase more if you need more. We have never run into performance issues from the volume stored, and we are using 37GB of storage.

Yes, in the NS file cabinet. We attach a PDF copy to every bill in the system. We want the bill PDFs in the system to help with accuracy purposes so that you can review the bill and make sure the correct info was entered for it. It's kind of a best practice type of thing.

If you need to check your storage and usage you can do so by going to Setup -> Company -> View Billing Information
