I'm able to get the Income GL account in the Standard Revenue by Customer account report. From the account balance folders I can pull in Account Line : Number/name no problem. If you look at the filters the default filter is set to Account Type = Income, Other Income so you should be able to pull the Income GL information. Silly question but are your running the right report? Because Deferred Revenue shows first in the Menu path I know I've had finance select that before when they want actual revenue.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if I were running the wrong report - that makes a lot of sense. I'll check. Thanks for your response!
