Is anyone from Canada using Electronic Bank Payments? It says it supports CPA-005 which is a Canadian bank standard. But when I went to do a test upload to the bank (RBC) they immediately said there was an extra qualifier line missing.

I've opened a case with Netsuite about it (3846752 ). I wasn't expecting them to do anything, but perhaps if they hear it's affecting other Canadian clients they may be inclined to change something.

@Karina I've actually completed a verification test with RBC today. the CPA-005 template works out of the box except that I had to manually edit the file to add the extra line to it. if you have the paid version of EBP the change is trivial, but we don't, so we can't change it.
Are you speaking with the on boarding team or general support? I found that once I got connected to the on-boarding team at ebbtesting@rbc.com the support improved.

well, @neklan, I was told the same thing by RBC - manual update; my customer does not care about updating those files every time, so working on automated solution, not moving fast - thanks to RBC 🙂
