HI, I made this interesting choice and opted for a Chrome Book. I'm having trouble downloading a viewing excel downloads from Netsuite. I paid for a cloud excel app but the app does not handle Netsuite's xls export. Would you know a converter app? I'm now exporting in csv and then convert to google sheets but this has its limitations. I cannot for instance keep report groupings.

<@UER9Q3SGM> have not personally tried it on Chromebook. As long as user has access to Excel online in their Microsoft 365 environment they should be good as add-ins are supported for online and desktop. I would personally opt for desktop Excel for other reasons.
