@corbs we enabled this on our environment and had to select a payment method when doing customer deposits. If not we would get an error. Disabling this option did not give us the error. This is going to be enforced in 2020.2 I think NetSuite wants to avoid issues from customers
when it cannot be disabled in the next release. We have oneworld and Cybersource

Hey GK - question for you. We’ve enabled the “Use Strict Rules….” but now when we attempt to create a customer deposit, there is a mandatory field we need to select for the “payment processing profile”. Thing is, our CyberSource profile doesn’t show up!
Any ideas why this might be?

For our use case we did not chose a profile. We just chose the payment method cash for that scenario. I just did a quick check and chose "American Express" and the cybersource profile populated. It is not mandatory on our end are you using a custom form?

no custom forms. but for whatever reason the profile won’t appear in the deposits. I think it’s just a bit beyond my experience so i’ve taken it up with NS. Thanks again for your insight!
