That shouldn't be possible, no. There is no concept of "interbook" transactions. Where are you seeing this? On the GL impact of the transaction or on a search? If it's on a search, you may just need to adjust some fields/criteria. Stuff can start to show up a little funky in searches when MB gets involved. If this is on the actual transaction...that's probably a NetSuite case although I'd wonder if there's something (maybe a permission?) that's disallowing you from seeing the whole GL impact. If you're not an Administrator, I might have them pull it up to see if they're seeing the same thing.
