Hi All, does anyone uses the latest Bank Feeds to import SVB statement into Netsuite? I’m trying to setup in our sandbox and it keeps throwing a connection error? Should we use production instance? Also, should we use PIN or password? Thanks.

Hey @RonWR - I've been using Bank Feeds for a month, and we have SVB too 🙂 we are using it in production. SVB has many links in the dropdown, I think we just use the first one that pops up and we use our password. Given that SVB has multi-factor authentication, the connection will time out and you will have to log in every time you want to pull in the bank statement. ⚠️One thing to note, is that once you have successfully logged into SVB via NetSuite, you will see a list of your acccounts, and then have to wait, up to 3 mins, for the trashcan icons to turn blue garbage (meaning the connection with SVB has been established) before you save and exit the page. This is not documented anywhere, and we had to get NetSuite on the phone to walk us through it. Hope that helps!

Hi @Roxane CdC, I also tried to use the first one that pops up which is SVB Direct Connect and it asks for PIN instead of password. I guess we have to do it in Prod and it won’t work in Sandbox. Thanks for info.
