Is there a way in NS to auto calculate sales commissions for Sale Reps? How?

There is Intensive Compensation module that does it for you.  Yet, not everything fits well if commissions structure is established; likely an additional script is required.

alternatively you create custom fields and do save search for the commissions amount and then create vendor bill from it.

Do you mean commission custom field for items? We have different commission plans for our sales reps!

just create custom fields based on certain formulas - however many plans you have, then do your save search for each rep

you would also have to make sure triggers for those fields are set, i.e. certain items used, above/below certain quantity, etc.  If it is simple % of sale, you can have just one field for that one
