ACH Vendor Bank information under Financial tab > ACH subtab : Has anyone tried extracting this information in NetSuite? Use case: migrating vendor information to another system. Im not able to pull in searches as well. Thanks!

Try calling NS to get this to be made available to you. I think it's a restricted from a search capability

Thanks a lot!

@Jacob This is a sublist Bank Info under Vendor list. To get it exposed use Entity or Vendor search and from there - EFT File Format fields

nothing is restricted if you are in Admin role

Thanks checking now
@Karina I think what you are referring to is the Electronic Payments SuiteApp of NetSuite?
this one is a feature you enable under Company > Enable Features > Transactions tab > ACH Vendor Payments
when you enable it you have an ACH subtab under the Financial tab of Vendor records. The info entered there is what I need to extract for all vendors that have ACH information
Thanks!

Yes, @Jacob this information would be only available if you do have EP app otherwise these are your custom fields?
j
nope a feature in NetSuite but thanks anyways
k
I think it's like credit card info, where you have to get NS to expose it to you.

Thanks @KevinJ of Kansas

Did calling NetSuite Support help @Jacob

Question to @Jacob (really want to understand) - how “ACH Vendor Bank Information” relate to credit cards? Was it resolved by calling to NS Support and if so what did they say exactly? Very very curious.
j
@KevinJ of Kansas I havent yet. @Karina It's not really directly related to credit cards. It's a separate feature in NetSuite called ACH Vendor Payments. I think what Kevin is saying is because the information is encrypted the process/request would likely be similar to decrypting Credit Card Information. Unlike Electronic Payments bank information is searchable. The ACH feature lets you view the data at the vendor record level but can't be pulled through a search.
k
@Jacob - thank you. Does that mean you do not have Elect Payment module?
j
@Karina yes we dont
