has anyone been able to connect the Silicon Valley Credit Cards to NetSuite bank feeds?

I have - but the multi factor authentication means we constantly have to log back in

How were you able to connect @Roxane CdC? We have connected, but we only are able to get corporate master account data, not individual user's cards. Is it the same for you?

Hi @Juliana, yes it's the same for us. We have been able to get the corporate master account, not the individual cards

@Roxane CdC I actually followed up with SVB and there is a way to get individual card data into the bank feeds SuiteApp, in case this helps you too. You have to do this step sequence for each individual's cc. They will be releasing a fix for this, but I'm unsure when. In SVB portal:

1. Register cardholder’s account

a. (Home page > scroll to the bottom > Register My Credit Card)

2. Set up My Direct Connect Pin

3. Navigate to NetSuite

a. Search for SVB, and select SVB Direct Connect

4. Connect the new registered card to the file feed connection
