can any avalara/magento users chime in? we are using two connectors, 1 w/netsuite and 1/magento. sadly they calculate tax differently. netsuite is by subtotal and magento is by line item. is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

Can you clarify? Subtotal? do you mean header vs line or literal subtotal?

the netsuite subtotal is calculated by the tax rate which can result in a different result. the same line items in each system cause a different tax total. magento will calculate the tax by line item which can cause rounding in either direction.
