why is the AP account balance in a balance sheet report different between 2 roles? Ran out of brain juice trying to figure this out. At first, I thought it was because of the setting in "Set Preferences > Analytics > Reporting > Report by Period" but it was the same for both roles and yet, the account balances are different...

Probably one role has access to view some transactions that the other role doesn't

I figured it out finally. it's because some inactive subsidiaries are not assigned to the other role 😅
