Hi All, When in netsuite the root subsidiary(company) is taking loan from bank. And will be paying the interest with principle amount in monthly instalment. what all do i have to setup.

There are no specific transactions for this, unless you want to use a Vendor Bill. Otherwise, create Journals for the appropriate figures.
