Any way to delete budgets? The list view seems all over place showing multiple records but split out by lines

We manage our budgets via imports. It's horrible. But we did figure out that if you import the budget with the amounts = 0 it deletes the budget! You leave the rest of the field values the same. It's really a horrible process and I'm glad someone else hates it too.
