Has anyone else had to deal with how Commissions through incentive compensation accrues the payable only when the commission record is approved and not when the billing happens? We have the problem of wanting to pay commissions on collections but do not want to show the original order without the payable against it for as long as the customer takes to pay the order. This causes the payable and the order to be in different periods and makes the accounting a little wonky. Anyone?
