08/09/2019, 1:31 PMUsing ARM for SuiteBilling, I am receiving an error when creating the revenue plans for the actual but the forecast creates without issue.
Any idea?
The error is: an error occurred while trying to retrieve the start and end dates for the revenue plan.
It does not make sense because the forecast populated with dates. Note, this is SuiteBilling so subscription event driven

08/09/2019, 1:43 PMI believe there are 2 spots on the revenue arrangement for dates. 1 for actual and 1 for forecast.

08/09/2019, 1:45 PMYou may also need to look at your "Rev Rec Field Mapping" (Setup -> Accounting ->Rev Field Mapping) and that can map transaction line fields from a source field to a target field.

The item setup had Create Revenue Plans on Revenue Arrangement creation.
Once I changed the item to match the Subscription event as per the rule. It worked!
