@EldonN there are two of these modules, 1 is free other is not. Basic one allows you to create EFT/ACH files in 1 country and 1 currency type and it is still free. Advance one allows you to create transfer file in multiple country and currencies. Basically advanced module just enables additional templates and currency since you need basic one along with advanced. Few years ago I did find a way to bypass this restriction in the base module just by creating a payment file template from scratch netsuite - damn they figured out the loophole and stopped it 2017.1
