Looked into the advanced approval for vendor bills, it does require full licenced user, will not work with employee center licence. Already using advanced approval for procurement and expense reports. Just implemented MineralTree for this reason, also OCR capture reduces the data entry time significantly. Helped them to fix their web services role, before they used admin role for integration.
