We're looking to write off some expired credit memos. Suggestions are: 1. JE to Debit AR and Credit xx account, by entering name on the JE lines, it shows up on the Customer Acct, however still shows up as two separate items on an AR Aging. 2. Create a mock invoice to clear out the CM, which solves the AR Aging issue, but would look odd on a customer statement. Thoughts? Additional Suggestion/Solutions?
