any body deal with "Time Approvals" is it possible for supervisors to approve from their standard role rather than having to change to the Employee Center?

Yes possible, they just need the permission on their role. Custom approval flow is another option.

I looked in to the permissions and did not find anything 😞

i got all that, apparently Netsuite defaults that time can be approved from Employee center

this is a full license role.
