Anyone experiencing issues with the Electronic Payments module? We were having issues in SB but we always do post refresh, now I can't access any of my bank accounts in the Bill Payment screen. Assuming this is related to the Deprecation of Advanced Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp but I've installed the NetSuite SuiteApps License Client SuiteApp and we definitely have the required license!

Advanced electronic payment module only work for production not in sandbox. You have to request your account manager to provision a licence to sandbox, most of the time they will provision it to sandbox if you have a valid license in production.

you also have to update the suitebundle in SB every 30 days, even though there is no update/version does not change

@Sam-I-Am we have a valid licenses for both SB and Prod, the issue turns out to be a problem with the way in which the provisioning is working with renewal dates, essentially we've ended up with a 24hour period where we don't have a licenses rather than continuous licensing from renewal to renewal!
