I'd hesitate before trying to do balance sheet by periods of a week. Probably more painful immediately, but faster results to just run balance sheet by week manually.

I think this is really the way to go, moving forward I can just send the balance sheet weekly. It does not help when looking backward - but sometimes going forward is the only way, thanks!

Well - you could switch your "report by period" to "never" and then run your balance sheet as of historical week

HOWEVER, this means that any period date mismatches are not appropriately accounted for

this consultant can't understand why I can't just magically make this happen, frustrating.  he wants balance sheet by week dating back to January. your suggestion here might be enough to satisfy his request - with the understanding that it isn't perfect data. i'll try it. thanks!

Download it and do a add to a start date within excel?
