@Nag if your consolidated base currency is in USD then your balance sheet should show everything in USD in consolidated mode - to show all the subs separately just select "subsidiary" from the column list. See the image

There's not really. You could get to where you want using the Multi-Book feature, but I would not recommend that only for this reason. There are other impacts from that feature and I wouldn't turn it on without a more pressing reason.

You can mimic that in saved searches or new suite analytics with multiple columns. Not possible with reports.
