@tuvi thanks for confirming - I tried looking for it in SuiteAnswers, Google, User Group...didn't find anything

Checked my old e-mails coz curiousity got the better of me... looks like it died in 2010.
a
aha! that is the date of the page I found via google as well I think, so that tracks

I think the accountant has to register with Netsuite and say who their assigned customer is (using the account ID). The accountant licence is then added to the account
a
that is the page i saw @GoLive Experts- actually didn't realize it was a UK URL before
j
@al3xicon and @tuvi Alternatively, if you can find a way to get a netsuite.com domain email address, that won't take up any users licenses. At least that's the way it was back when I white-labelled for them. 😁
a
that is interesting
m
I was always curious if that would work πŸ™‚
j
It might have to be an actual valid email address. I haven't tried putting in a fake one.
but a real one definitely doesn't (or didn't) use a license
m
Yes, but I guess that would then inherit the password so you can’t log in. Might give it a try and see what happens with a fake one πŸ˜‡
k
If the Role is 2FA it sends OTP to that email address

I doubt this option is valid anymore, NS never gives you anything for free πŸ™‚
m
I had some nice socks once πŸ™‚

lol

Only 90% complete though, and when I complained, I was told the additional toe was an enhancement request.

j
Well that totally makes sense. They clearly provided you a reasonable workaround of cutting off your extraneous toe, so why would it be a defect? 😁
j
I did have NS support to look into our instance and their email don’t take up any user license.
