@markus we integrate expensify with netsuite. we manually sync to netsuite as well, so unsure about your first question. as for support, it's not great. they don't have the concept of a sandbox even though they say they do. basically, you hook your environment up to your netsuite sandbox and then when you're ready to move to production, you manually go delete all the data in your expensify account (but you can't delete some so it's there forever). also, while they have some good documentation, the support is pretty bland. you will never, ever be able to talk to a person on the phone. all support is done through email. we recently had a major, major issue and they refused to call us or give us a number to reach anyone. also, as an admin, you don't have as much control as you would think and it's pretty easy for them to make changes that will then change your whole workflow. while the mobile app and website are good for people submitting expense reports, the admin side of things could be way better. hope that helps!
