Hey @markus - I just helped a client with an Expensify to NS integration. Don't have the answers to all of your questions directly but I can say it's a pretty easy, straightforward integration IMO. My client is exporting Reports from Expensify to NetSuite manually right now, so they can control which ones are sent (and, e.g., not submit old ones). I'm sure there's a way with the auto-sync to ignore certain old expense reports as well.
