@ryanhowson I am referring to using the "Reconcile Bank Statement" as opposed to the "Reconcile Account Statement". In order to use this, you have to change a setting in the specific GL Account. Uncheck the "Use Confirm Transaction....." check box and it should appear under that tool. Screen shot below of the check box
