How do other people account for "freebies"? We often send product to reviewers. We typically run it through a sales order so that it gets fulfilled through our normal process. although we can zero out the price, the fulfillment still hits the wrong account for offsetting cost of goods sold. Anyone know of a better way to do this or to change the account on the fulfillment record?

you can use a custom price at $0. We use SuiteGL to re-class the account. We call it the "free-shit" re-class. SuiteGL is light SuiteScript but super powerful
