Has anyone ever seen this error before in relation to revenue arrangements? - @Matthew Achuff #C29HKGM6J #C298P0BCK "The quantity returned is greater than the quantity sold. The return quantity must be less than or equal to the sales quantity." In the past, we would credit out ProServ opps including the tax amount - now, our system doesn't recognize the tax amount so it's throwing this error.

@Amanda Rosiak ya I've seen this before. My client's Issue when I saw it was a credit memo that had a line item with quantity 0 and therefore $0 amount, which the Revenue Element and Revenue plan is for some reason not able to handle. No defect logged that I'm aware of but removing the quantity 0 line and adding a detective control for CM lines with quantity 0 addressed the issue in my case. Hope it helps!
