@alien4u You can read on "adjusting inventory" https://system.eu1.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_N2259648.html I believe inventory adjustment record is what you are looking for. You could create the inventory adjustment and decrease the quantity for the items you want to consume at the average cost of that item. And add the other item at that average cost.
