Contact support then...if you cannot find any open transactions (even Journal Entries would apply here) you should get to the bottom of it.

I probably will. This our tax vendor and under category>Tax Agency, per NetSuite, they can only have one subsidiary, which is the parent. Thanks for your help on this. I learn something new every day.

if you really want to blow your mind you would find that Tax Agency can have "shadow vendors" which appear in other subs.
