Got a question about Shipping Items. When a web order comes into NS, the shipping tax is pulled from "Charge tax on this shipping portion of item" under Shipping Item > Shipping rules. I need Shipping tax to be based on Ship to address. Is there a way to do this without having to create multiple shipping items with different tax rates?
