Hi All, In my COGS account, i have inventory transfer transactions coming through. This doesn't feel right with my accounting training - why should a transfer moving stock between locations have an impact on COGS?

@jono_w go to accounting preferences order management tab and under transfer order preference check the “use item cost as transfer cost” setting to Yes. Conversely I believe you can also leave as no but you’ll need to set the transfer price equal to item cost on the transfer transaction and it will have no cogs impact.
