Does anyone know what the calculate percentage is for an employee actually receiving commissions. We process negative GP SO's because our sales reps have deals with some of our customers and we collect these invoices for a couple pennies for huge amounts of negative gross profit (-400k). However when we are authorizing these commissions and trying to claw back some of their commissions it is not showing in the commissions report. Therefore, does anyone know what percentage margin a deal needs to hit to show up on a commission report
