Anyone know of a way to recommit by order instead of by item? There is a commit items page but I am not getting a submit button when I try to use it. Google has not been very helpful.

You need to uncheck the 'Perform Item Commitment After Transaction Entry' accounting preference to get a submit button on the Commit Orders page - assuming this is the page you are missing the Submit button?
