I resolved this issue shortly after your message. I noticed I did nor reply to you.
The issue was that the report was timing out. When I limited the scope of the report to a more manageable date range, it worked right away.
The people that originally set up the financial report in NetSuite that was being referenced by Adaptive did not set any date filters, so it was pulling financial data from the beginning of time. I noticed when I ran the report in NetSuite directly I'd get the message that I could have the report emailed when it was finished.
So I set the date filters to this quarter and it worked.
