Alright ya'll. I believe I do have the "formula" for a saved search which displays balance sheet balances on a month-by-month basis. I'll give some cliff notes here. The basic premise is that, any account balance for any given day, is just the SUM() of every transaction posted to that GL since the beginning of time, up until the day of interest. And the second piece of knowledge; that the "Balance" for a month in Netsuite, represents the balance as of the last day of that month (not the first day.)
