A custom segment is not available in Mass Updates after our upgrade to 2017.2 Does any of you know why and how can we make it available again?

Maybe try modifying it to add it to the Journal Line if it's not already. I noticed in the last update that sometimes custom segments wouldn't show up in places if they weren't available to the Journal Line. If you don't want it there, you can always hid it on the form.
