Is anyone here using the "Enable Accouning Period Window" Accounting Preference, AND have that value set to "2"? This morning, we came in to discover that our July accounting period was showing as 'locked' (presumably starting on July 1). We had to manually unlock the accounting period to get invoices to flow again. What was more odd though, looking at the System Logs for July, there was no instance of anyone having locked July. So, if our "Minimum period window size" was set to 2, May was closed, June was open then why would July have shown as closed? ... Anyone had a similar experience with "magically closed" periods while using these accounting period windows?
