@mg2017 the presentation is different, the US layout groups everything into "Assets" and "liabilities & Equity". The Uk layout doesn't roll up that high. The other differences are likely to be accounts presented with signs flipped. I'm not 100% sure which ones on the Balance Sheet as i'm more familiar with the differences on the Income Statement.
