Hi guys, I'm having a strange issue - I'm trying to import a Single Journal Entry, and my debits and credits balance in my csv file, but when I try to import, it still tells me that the amounts must balance and does not import successfully. Any thoughts as to what may be causing it?

ronak: Toss me your import file... it may be rounding if there are additional decimals, or, there may be additional lines, have you tried deleting all the blank rows on the file?

No blank rows, and we force rounded already 😞 I'll send you the file
