So I moved the standard netsuite field “terms” field on the sales order from the billing tab to the main level and now the terms are not autofilling like they use to based on the terms set on the customer account…any idea how I fix that?

That doesn't seem right - moving a field on a form shouldn't impact native sourcing. Did you double check that the customer being tested with has terms set / there isn't another workflow/script causing the terms to not autofill on the SO from the customer?

Yes I checked and tried to change the terms to get this to work again. There are no workflows or scripts with this field in our system. Pretty weird.

My fix for this was to create a new custom field and source the terms from the customer accounts and hide the native field that was now blank.
