NS records do not count towards it, I am pretty sure, unless you have things like pdf quotes or pdf invoices etc. As for the charge : we are for few years now well over 10GB limit. Solution we have is a network location and custom body fields on the transactions, set as weblinks type, which

to that network location. Folder name is the same as transaction number. This way we store associated support tickets logs, some transaction records etc, all efficient and fast, just the links don`t work with Google Chrome, but there is a plugin for it
