Just following up on the question I posted here. Has anyone faced similar problem when doing a RMA in 2017 - more tax getting returned with the new year's tax code - So, for e.g. if there was a $5 shipping in the original order that was placed in 2016 but when you do a return in 2017 it calculates shipping tax based on some new tax code - like it would be $6 in the RMA -- so the rep would need to manually add a negative line item to adjust the RMA - otherwise we end up returning more than what customer paid.
