My defect is as follows; Purpose: if the preference Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > General > Make Locations Mandatory = F , location field on the item line should not be mandatory for Bills created from a Purchase Order. Impact: If user edits a Bill created from a Purchase Order, the location field becomes mandatory and user is not able to save changes to the Bill without entering the locations. There was one Bill affected - user had to enter the locations for items to be able to save changes to the Bill.
