Does it work just fine for different transaction records, i.e. Quotes ? Try going to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > Sort by Internal ID - check the one with (possibly) the highest number if it is called by any chance : Custom Transaction Default View - these are the steps to find a custom search you possibly saved Click Edit on the left hand side, try to remove some columns and save again OR once in edit mode of this search - go to Actions > Delete
