If it doesn't show a print option in the UI, you're pretty much out of luck unfortunately. That said, my tech guys tell me there is a way you could do it although from what I understand it would involve some scripting and essentially building a print template from scratch. Not something that's likely to be worth the $$$ unless this is a true need in that it happens constantly.
