Hmmm @stepphenwolff that sounds like a nice fun costing problem. Gotta love those. As far as I'm aware, you can't reorder for same day. Things that are on the same "level" for costing purposes will be considered by the costing engine in the order of their timestamps. If you want to force a transaction before another that's on the same day and level, you'd have to date that transaction back a day.
