another tip for the fx rate, as per NS support you cannot run saved searches on currency FX rate only on consolidated fx rate. I found way to do it -- click List -->Accounting --> Currency Exchange Rate --> New, now instead creating a new exchange rate just click the "Search" link on the top right hand corner ---> you got the currency rate search form to create save searches. Make sure to write down the save search name since it won't be available on the saved search list.
