Yes it will. That's the bad part about it. Although I'm not sure if right now Engineers have enhanced this backend tool. There's also a way to reverse the effect of account change in closed periods not sure if this process is applicable to this request but QA engineers have the capability to set these changes at the backend. They also have a tool to determine the impact of the change in the closed periods. Only downside with these change is it will be in a form of a JE, which in most cases accounting and audit people don't like.
